Damaged Products

If the product has defects or a wrong item was sent, we will replace it within 28 days of ship date. When returning back the item, please include original packaging where possible. Keep the shipping receipt for your reference. Our warehouse can only process the received merchandise. We will cover all costs of the postage and either refund or exchange the products for you if the reason behind the fault will be on our side.

Undamaged products

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order. The expense of returning the product and shipping it back to you is your responsibility. Please do ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was purchased and include the original packaging. No refunds will be issued.

Just fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it. Please wait until the parcel is received, and then return it back to us using the procedure stated above.
